Tailor-Made: Vintage Fashions from the Museum’s Collection Unveiled

Drawing almost exclusively from the museum’s large collection of textiles and accessories, this exhibit will look at the fashions of the first quarter of the 20thcentury.

October 6-February 18, 2018
The Forgotten World War: Its Impact at Home
Working in conjunction with Prince William County, this exhibit will look at the homefront in Prince William County and Manassas during World War I.  The exhibit will include music and propaganda; the impact of the Spanish Flu epidemic in the area; and the growth of farms and local military bases, and their impact on the county.  A final section will honor all the soldiers from the area that were killed in action.
